Emma brings a unique dual lens to her work as a psychologist and educator with over 18 years of experience in secondary education and student wellbeing. Currently completing her Clinical Psychology Registrar Program, she combines psychological insight with practical classroom experience to support both educators and young people. Passionate about prevention and early intervention, Emma helps schools build emotionally attuned, connected, and resilient learning communities where students can thrive.
Jessica Schembri
Educational & Developmental Psychologist (15 years’ experience)
With over 15 years of experience working as a psychologist in school settings and private practice, Jessica brings a deep understanding of the academic, cognitive, and mental health challenges faced by today’s youth. Guided by the principles of neuropsychotherapy, her approach focuses on working with the whole child’s system—parents, teachers, and peers, to create meaningful and lasting change. Collaborating closely with schools and families, Jessica has developed a wealth of knowledge in supporting diverse learners, strengthening relationships, and promoting student wellbeing
Together, Emma and Jessica lead the MindWise Learning Collective — a collaboration built on empathy, evidence, and experience.
